Do I Qualify and What Does It Cost?

Patient Requirements for Bexar, Comal, Kendall, Bandera, Medina, Atascosa, Wilson and Guadalupe County:

• Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• If you are 18 or older, you must be working or in school full-time and uninsured
• We consider the whole family so if one has insurance but another doesn't the the one without insurance qualifies with us. 
• Men must work at least 30 hours per week
• Women must work at least 20 hours per week
• If you are the only care-giver parent of a child 6 years of age or younger, you do not have to meet the work requirements
• Be currently uninsured (no private or governmental insurance including CareLink for Bexar County residents)
• Prove eligibility and family size by federal tax return and recent payroll stubs
